Qualifications

• Registered PT professional with active state license.
• Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home health preferred, but willing to train.
• Skills in therapy practices and good interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plans and evaluates patient care plans.
• Documents clinical notes and prepares records.
• Provides physical therapy treatment for various disorders.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Conducts patient education on techniques and usage of medical equipment.
