Caring Hearts Homecare in Chelsea, MA is seeking licensed therapists (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) for per diem assignments in the greater Lynn, Chelsea, Revere, Malden, Medford, East Boston, Winthrop area. Pay is $60.00 to $90.00 per visit, reflecting both assessments and treatment visits.

Provide in-home therapy, assess and teach patients, collaborate with physicians and caregivers, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on therapy experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional therapy care to clients in their homes.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy care.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
