Job summary

Jethro Health System LLC is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our per diem teams in the Lynn and Boston area. Flexible hours and visit schedules with a generous reimbursement package are offered, with clinicians able to select preferred geographical areas for home care visits.

Positions require MA OT licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable car. Per diem schedule and flexible hours are highlighted, with pay per visit and potential hourly options.

Qualifications

• Current CPR required.
• Massachusetts OT license required.
• Minimum of 1 year OT experience, ideally in home health.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Choose preferred geographic area for home care visits.
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to determine functioning level.
• Prepare and submit legible, accurate progress notes according to agency policy.
• Develop and revise the plan of care with physician and care team.
• Evaluate and document outcomes of care.
