The Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain in Great Falls, MT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. You will implement treatments, monitor progress, and participate in discharge planning while educating patients and families.

Requirements include Montana licensure (temporary licensure allowed), current BCLS certification, and 3–5 years of experience with home health preferred.

Qualifications

• Montana PT licensure required.
• Temporary licensure allowed under State Practice Act.
• Current BCLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform age- and diagnosis-specific assessments to guide care.
• Develop a plan of care and initiate, perform, and manage treatment.
• Assess response to treatment and assist discharge planning.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the program and prevention.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to PTA or Rehabilitation aide as needed.
