Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a home health or facility setting. The PT will develop care plans, initiate and manage therapies, and monitor progress to restore mobility and function.

The role requires MT licensure (or temporary licensure under State Practice Act) and current BCLS. 3–5 years of experience and a Master’s or DPT degree in Physical Therapy are expected.

Qualifications

• Montana Physical Therapy Licensure required.
• Temporary licensure allowed under State Practice Act.
• Current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform age- and diagnosis-specific assessments to gather data for individualized care.
• Develop a plan of care and initiate, perform, and manage treatments as indicated.
• Assess response to treatment and assist with discharge planning.
