Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home-based care. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements include an APTA-approved PT program, current PT license, and at least one year of healthcare facility experience. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required; lifting up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of healthcare facility experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
