Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care for patients in the Springfield, MO area. This is a Full-Time position focused on 1:1 client care, with a strong support network and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active and current PT license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home health care experience welcome, but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes within designated territories.
• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitation activities for safe independent living.
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet.
