Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility, range of motion, balance and strength assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Continuously assess and revise the PT care plan with the nursing team.
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care to promote independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.
