Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our Belpre, OH team. You will provide 1:1 patient care in the home, evaluate and treat per physician orders, and develop goals to maximize independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification required; CPR may be offered upon hire.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication with the treatment team, physician, patient and family; ensure thorough documentation for proper billing.
• Supervise PT Assistants and PT Aides per state practice act.
