Adoration Health in Morgantown, WV seeks a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient interaction, independent work with team support, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification required; CPR may be offered on hire.
• Two years of experience in adult physical therapy; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform PT evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Develop measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient and family as applicable.
• Document services timely for proper billing and supervise support staff as needed.
