Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and function.
• Administer skilled physical therapy services per physician orders and plan of care under supervision of the Branch Director.
