Job summary

A Maine PT license and CPR are required; 1 year home health experience preferred; a reliable car with insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Maine PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1 year home health experience preferred.
• Reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to clients according to APTA standards.
• Coordinate client home care needs with client, family, physician, and pay sources.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a care plan aligned with client goals.
