BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home health visits in the Gladwyne area. The PT will evaluate, treat, and educate adult and geriatric clients to improve mobility and independence.

The role requires a PA PT license, at least one year of PT experience, and graduation from an approved program. A generous sign-on for full-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• PA Physical Therapist license is required.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited program or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements related to mobility and strength.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy and gait training.
• Educate clients and family on rehabilitative care and independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions in EMR.
• Assist with care plan revisions in collaboration with the nursing team.
