Job summary

BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to perform home health visits in Cumberland County, NJ, including Millville. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to help clients stay at home.

Qualifications

NJ Physical Therapist license required and active.
Graduate from a PT program approved by APTA or CAAHEA with transcript or diploma.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, transfer status, balance, strength, endurance, safety).
Implement wound care and dressings and promote wound repair.
Develop individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait and balance training.
Continually assess and revise the PT care plan with nursing in the multidisciplinary team.
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care and activities for health and independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.
