Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of time to/from patient locations.
• Ability to meet deadlines for charting.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Responsibilities
