Home Care Solutions in Cookeville, TN seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis. You will coordinate the plan of care with physicians and other health professionals to maintain continuity of patient care.

The RN will perform initial and comprehensive evaluations, develop the care plan within state guidelines, and ensure accurate documentation from admission to discharge. Frequent travel to patient homes within the assigned area is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of clinical RN experience.
• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Ability to reliably commute to multiple patient residences daily.
