Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon is seeking a Home Care Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver physical therapy services under a Physical Therapist's supervision, following a physician and therapist plan of care, in patients' homes across the Grand Haven/Spring Lake area.
