• Works under supervision of licensed Physical Therapist in home setting.
• Performs Physical Therapy procedures as directed.
• Provides patient/family education and training.
• Performs routine operational functions, including supervision of Home Health Aide.
• Documents visits and completes documentation within 24 hours.
• May modify treatment procedures within plan and status.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities and peer review.
• Completes continuing education as required by agency/state.
• Fulfills all compliance responsibilities of the position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
