Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for the Redding, CA area. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and implement exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain while collaborating with a care team.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current PT license in good standing, and at least 1 year of PT experience (home health preferred). BLS/CPR certification is required, with relocation support available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and create individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and plans.
