Job summary

Mission Healthcare seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for home health in Redding, CA. You will assess patients, design personalized treatment plans, and apply therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function.

Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team ensures patient-centered care and thorough documentation of progress. The role requires a licensed PT, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and a willingness to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Open to H-1B Sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
