Job summary

Mission Healthcare in Redding, CA is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our full-time team serving home health patients. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer competitive pay: $65–75 per hour, plus relocation assistance up to $15K, and benefits including health, dental, life, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience (strongly preferred).
• Current BLS and hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Open to H-1B sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
