Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid GA PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a PT entry-level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient’s function and skilled therapy needs.
• Treat to relieve pain, restore function, and maximize outcomes per plan of care.
• Advise and consult families and interdisciplinary team members to promote outcomes.
• Document progress timely using required forms and timelines.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and manage the care plan of care.
