Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting. You will implement therapy plans to improve mobility and independence, guided by physician orders and branch direction.

The role involves travel to patient homes across Virginia, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in specialty programs like Balance and Fall Prevention and Total Hip/Knee Replacement. A valid VA license is required.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
Must possess automobile liability insurance.
Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsabilités

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility and function.
Administer skilled care to clients per physician’s orders and plan of care under supervision of Branch Director.
Work within specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement.
