Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient's functional status and therapy needs.
• Provide services as defined by state laws and therapy plan.
• Report patient's response to treatment and changes.
• Instruct health care team members about the plan of care.
• Complete all patient evaluations and develop PT care plan.
