Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Devine, TX. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain, all in the patients' homes.

Strong emphasis on patient education and safety is required. The role requires active TX licensure, liability insurance, and experience in home health or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license.
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting and assess functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Deliver interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using digital platforms.
