• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Develop rehab programs including exercises, gait training, and modalities.
• Provide hands-on interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and outcomes.
