Qualifikationen

• Current Ohio PT license to practice required.

• Knowledge of treatment modalities.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; valid driver\'s license; insured.

• Initiates contact with physicians for orders and treatment plans as patient condition requires.
• Performs physical therapy treatments and evaluates patient progress.
• Educates patients and families on exercises and self-care techniques to ensure safety and independence.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Prepares and documents plans of care and discharge planning; maintains accurate medical records.
• Maintains clean, safe, and orderly treatment areas and equipment.
