Job summary

You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, implement exercises, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A valid Oregon PT license, 1 year of PT experience, BLS/CPR, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience.
• Home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities
