Job summary

Mission Healthcare, the largest home health and hospice company in the western United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist for Salem and surrounding areas. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and lead therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and independence.

Full-time with 4x10s shifts, starting pay at $65 per hour plus a $10,000 sign-on. Relocation assistance is available; territory includes Salem, Albany, and Corvallis.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
