Job summary

Mission Healthcare, Bend, Oregon, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time or PRN work in the Bend area. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding therapeutic exercises to relieve pain and improve mobility.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation. Required: active PT license in Oregon, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, at least 1 year of home health experience, BLS/CPR,

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; home health experience preferred.
• Current BLS and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Pay range: Starting at $60/hour , depending on experience
