Job summary

Renew Home Health in the Sherman area is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized home-based plans of care as part of our PRN team. You will provide skilled visits in patients' homes, help improve strength, mobility, and balance, and adjust plans as progress occurs while collaborating with the care team and teaching families home exercises.

A Texas PT license and reliable transportation are required; home health experience is a plus, and

What we’re looking for

• Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Home health experience a plus
