Job summary

Renew Home Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes across the Sherman area. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, one-on-one patient care in the comfort of the home.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Texas RN license, have at least one year of nursing experience (home health a plus), and possess a valid Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians on each patient’s care.
