Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license in good standing.
• Home health experience a plus.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Reliability and strong hands-on therapy skills.
• Caring, patient-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes across the Sherman area.
• Carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care.
• Help patients build strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT and care team.
• Teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies.
• Document each visit accurately using AI-assisted charting tools.
