Renew Home Health is seeking a dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy across the Fort Worth area. You will work under the supervising PT’s plan of care to help patients build strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes.

In this full-time role, you’ll use AI-assisted charting tools to document visits while maintaining compassionate, patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• Home health experience is a plus.
• A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Reliability and strong hands-on therapy skills.
• A caring, patient-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes throughout the Fort Worth area.
• Carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care.

• Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT and care team.
• Teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies.
