Iowa Home Care in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-home care team. You will perform comprehensive home-based evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide patients in mobility, strength, balance, and safety to promote independence.

Collaborating with nurses, therapists, social workers, and case managers, you will educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and adapt plans as patients improve.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa.
• Minimum two years of PT experience; home health preferred.
