Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities and our specialty programs to improve mobility, independence and daily living skills.

The role requires an active PT license in the state, at least one year of clinical experience preferred, and a valid driver's license with auto liability insurance. We offer a collaborative environment, ongoing development and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients using our Specialty Programs to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Ensure safe, effective and evidence-based therapy interventions.
