Job summary

MedCadre in Augusta, GA is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health geriatrics role. Shift is Day, 8:00–16:30, with 7 visits and a full-time productivity target around 25 units. Requires a GA PT license or Compact PT and BLS; minimum 1 year of experience; EPIC transition planned for Sep 2026.

Mileage is reimbursed at IRS rates, and Home Health Base (HCHB) experience is preferred. Scrub color is flexible; RTO up to 7 days; holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home health PT experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• GA PT license or Compact PT acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services for adults to geriatrics.
• Manage 7 visits per day within full-time productivity (~25 units).
• Participate in transition to EPIC around Sept 2026.
