TransPerfect Health in Augusta, GA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing and assisted living team. The ideal candidate loves caring for the aging population and delivering patient-centered care with a strong clinical foundation.

Qualifications

Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Augusta, GA).
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education.

Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts and plan of care.
Help optimize mobility, independence, and quality of life for aging populations.
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
Participate in orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education.
Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop robust therapy programs.
Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated.
Follow infection control procedures and OBRA guidelines.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and prioritize patient care.
Support compliance with state and federal regulations.
Perform duties with moderate to heavy physical demands.
