PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Taylor, TX. This role focuses on helping patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

We value patient-centered, dependable clinicians delivering personalized, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate will have a Texas PT license, liability coverage, and a graduate degree in Physical Therapy with prior home health or rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for Texas PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, mobility, and reduce pain.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend falls prevention measures.
• Deliver compassionate care while promoting independence.
