Qualifications

• Active license to practice physical therapy in Colorado.
• Preferably 1 year of clinical PT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop Plan of Care with physician input.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to relieve pain and restore function.
• Document patient progress and modify plans weekly.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
