Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist in Douglas, GA. This full-time position offers the chance to provide 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, a $10k sign-on bonus, and great benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a degree from a CAPTE-approved program and a current State license. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and supervising assistants.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of experience in adult physical therapy; home health experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish goals and develop treatment plans for maximum patient independence.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Document services provided for proper billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides as needed.
