BrightSpring Health Services seeks a passionate Home Health Physical Therapist in Cullman, AL to provide expert, patient-centered care. You will have flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on your patients and families.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, valid state licensure, and a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in community or hospice settings. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Formación

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in community/hospice.
• Valid state license and current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders.
• Develop treatment plans and establish measurable goals for patients.
• Maintain communication with the treatment team, patients, and families.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in direct patient care.
