Qualifications

• Active CA Therapy License and 1+ year licensed experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance
• Recent physical exam (within 2 years) and TB clearance
• Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate

Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments
• Provide hands-on care to patients
• Coordinate care with GSTS team as needed
