Gold Standard Therapy Solutions seeks therapists to join a therapist-owned rehabilitation team for in-home 45-minute treatments. You’ll set your own pay per visit and choose the zip codes and coverage areas you want, delivering care on your terms with complete scheduling flexibility.

We provide the high-tech infrastructure, including an all-in-one app, virtual assistant, faster charting, and reliable two-times-per-month direct deposits, while you focus on exceptional patient care in the home

Qualifications

• Active CA Therapy License and 1+ year of licensed experience.
• Ability to set and manage your own pay rates per visit.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments.
• Provide hands-on care at client homes.
• Manage your schedule and patient load.
• Document treatment notes and billing.

Requirements:

• Active CA Therapy License & 1+ years of licensed experience.
