Qualifications

• Active CA Therapy License with 1+ year of licensed experience.
• CPR certification is current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the app and auto-fill features.
• Provide timely clinical support and coordinate with GSTS team.

Requirements:

• Active CA Therapy License & 1+ years of licensed experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transit, and auto insurance.
