You set your pay rates per visit and choose your territory, enjoying direct deposits twice per month and reliable payments. Active CA license and 1+ years of licensed experience required.

Qualifications

• Active CA Therapy License and 1+ year licensed experience.
• CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
• TB clearance and recent physical exam.
• Active EIN and business license/city tax certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments on your terms.
• Manage your own schedule and patient load.

• Prepare documentation and invoicing through the system.
