Qualifications

• Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required).
• Home health care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on therapeutic care following the evaluation of a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
• Utilize AI-assisted documentation and charting tools to support timely, accurate note completion and faster turnaround times.
