Concierge Home Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled in-home therapy in Sebring, FL. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and independence in the comfort of their homes.

The role emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and modern technology, including WellSky (Kinnser) and AI-assisted charting to streamline documentation and patient care. A supportive team and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida PTA license
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Follow individualized treatment plans based on the PT’s evaluation
• Educate patients and caregivers on specific exercises and safety techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and report patient progress
• Document care using AI-assisted charting tools and WellSky (Kinnser)
