Compensation: $25-30/hour plus $42 per therapy visit, with an average of 6 visits/day in an 8-hour shift. The Pay Per Visit model offers flexible earning potential.

Service Area: Southeast Metro (Hastings, Afton, Farmington, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, St. Paul, Park, Rosemount, Eagan, Woodbury & surrounding) with mileage reimbursement at .70 cents/mile.

Schedule: Full Time 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends.

Job Description: The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, following the physician's plan of care.

Responsibilities include treating clients to relieve pain, restore or develop function, instructing on use of assistive devices, documenting care, participating in team meetings, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications: At least one year of clinical experience, graduation from an accredited PTA program with an Associate's degree, and an active Minnesota PTA license.
