Compensation: $25-30 hourly, plus $42 per completed therapy visit (PPV). With an average of 6 visits per day, this offers a competitive hourly rate and earning potential through flexible pay structure.

Service Area: Southeast Metro, including Hastings, Afton, Farmington, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, St. Paul, Park, Rosemount, Eagan, Woodbury & surrounding areas, with mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, no weekends.

Job Description: The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy services under a licensed physical therapist's supervision, following the physician's plan of care.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver direct physical therapy services as directed, including therapeutic exercises, use of physical agents, and patient education.
2. Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes.
3. Assist with patient mobility, equipment use, and safety protocols.
4. Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings and training.
5. Perform basic procedures and assist with patient care as ordered.
6. Ensure safety and confidentiality standards are upheld.
7. Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
8. Follow emergency procedures and report safety concerns.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. At least one year of clinical experience as a PTA, preferably in community/home health.
2. Graduate from an accredited PTA program with an approved degree.
3. Active Minnesota PTA license.
